Lemon and Peppermint are complementary flavors, but you may have never experienced them together and I’m certain you have never enjoyed this White Chocolate Lemon Peppermint Chex Party Mix. Lemon Stick Chex Party Mix

I knew I wanted to create a new Peppermint Chex Party Mix for my upcoming holiday party, but I wanted it to be different and exciting. After some brief research, I learned that lemon and peppermint make a delicious pairing. I also learned that some people (specifically the people of Baltimore, maybe other places as well) enjoy a very interesting treat called a Lemon Stick. After seeing photos of people sucking lemon juice through peppermint straws I knew I had a winner on my hands, and everyone in my family agrees.
