Now that little Anna is almost five months old I have decided to get start working on getting my pre-baby body back!
I know that it will not be easy (it never is) but it is worth it to me! Not only to be healthy and in shape but also, to be a good example to my children! My plan is pretty basic; I am going to eat as healthy as I can afford, and work out as much as my schedule allows! This usually means about 30 min a day. It is hard for me to find one full hour of uninterrupted time to work out! I prefer home videos to gyms because there is no travel required and it’s much more affordable!
I have started with a cleansing and fast (not full fast just processed foods, sodas, and coffee) so I can break my caffeine addiction! I will be drinking lots of water and eating only when I’m hungry (you’d think that would be obvious, but I am a big fan of eating because it tastes good!).
Lose the 12lbs of baby weight I am still carrying
Exercise, at least, five days a week for 30 min
Do 1 Pull Up (I know I am weak)
Eat healthier foods, less often!
