So I have some amazing news! I have finally managed to get back in the swing of things, and after working out every day but two this week, I lost 3 pounds! Whoo Hoo! I am BACK! I have enjoyed my regular workouts on the Total Gym. Although, I have to admit that I did not care for the Pilates DVD. It was looking for a fast past high energy workout this week and found that the pilates workout (which consists of lots of stretching type exercises, wasn’t what I wanted to focus on). I also knew going into it that pilates usually puts a strain on my neck, but thought it may be better with the total gym (it was better, but still gave me a headache).
Not only am I feeling energized and ready to make lasting changes, but I also decided that it’s time for the boys to join me!
