Yes, this is late. I have been so busy with my Christmas Gift Guide that I have had a hard time getting anything else posted!
I managed to lose the weight I gained last week! Yea Me! That was a great feeling. I worked out at my gym, and my husband also forced convinced me to go running. Well, he told me that I couldn’t run all the way to the Chinese restaurant and back, and I had to prove him wrong (which I did). The only problem was that I could hardly walk for two days after that!
I decided to get out of my comfort zone during my workout on the Total Gym last week. I did some jump squats and used the leg pulleys. If you haven’t done these, you need to! You have no idea what you are missing. Especially the Ski Jumps. I thought my legs were going to catch on fire they were burning so bad (man, that felt good). I will give you a warning, though. If you have the gym at an incline that is too high (like I did when I worked my inner thighs), the cables will pull you right off the gym! I wish I would have been taping that, it had to have looked hilarious!
Anyway, my goal this week is to break out the 6-8 min DVD and see how that workout feels.
