As you may already know, I am currently planning my wedding. We are going with a Rustic Outdoor Romantic themed wedding. I have always loved the Ole Gilliam Mill in Sanford NC, so I was super excited to secure this location as our wedding ceremony and reception venue! I have driven by that mill over a thousand times, and have always daydreamed about having my wedding there. Our wedding will be June 14th, and I haven’t gotten much done to be honest. My life has been pretty crazy over the past few months (yes, even crazier than usual) so now it’s crunch time. I plan to share my entire journey, and hope you enjoy sharing in the chaos and planning of what I hope to be one a simple yet beautiful celebration of all God has done in our lives to bring us to this point.

The Mason Jar: This is a fairly new trend when it comes to weddings, though these things have been around forever. I am sure they have been used in weddings for ages, but these bad boys are becoming super popular, which is awesome because they are both cute and affordable. So if you plan to incorporate mason jars into your wedding, you could also use them on your invites.
Here are a few of my favorite Mason Jar Wedding Invitations:
I plan to share more about what I will be doing with my mason jars in future posts, so be sure to subscribe by email, follow our blog on Facebook, and Twitter, and you definitely don’t want to miss our Pinterest Boards!

When you are choosing your wedding invitations for an outdoor or rustic wedding you can go with so many themes. I am having a hard time choosing between floral invitations, chalkboard invitations, wood grain invitations, and mason jar invites because I plan to use all of these elements in the wedding, and they are all ridiculously awesome! Looks like this is one area where the groom will have to help make the final decision. 😉
