Today I am going to be real with you! I HATE my body! I know, I should love it, and that I am fearfully and wonderfully made, but most days I can’t look in the mirror without thinking at least one negative thought!
Anyway, I am hoping to get past all this, while getting in better shape by joining the Sisterhood over at Mamavation. These ladies seem to be really good at encouraging each other and holding each other accountable and I think it’s time I joined them!
I have 4 kids so gaining weight has never been hard! I also love to overeat (sometimes as a day-long event) and I don’t get tons of real exercise.
I am ready to make some serious changes and I hope that can happen with their help!
My weight today (I lost weight in NOLA!) is 120lbs
My goal weight is 115lbs
This would be simple if I was just losing fat, but I want to lose fat and gain muscle and end up at 115 so, I’m not really sure how long it will take. I am thinking that I may even gain weight initially, which will be discouraging!
So wish me luck as I seek to loose the weight and change my habits!
