Since I struggled so much to meet my fat goals in the first few weeks, I decided to create a page of all of my high-fat recipes. I will continue to add to this page so check back often.
I’ve said it so many times before, but I want to say it again. Fat is good for you. Regardless of what you’ve learned throughout the years, fat and even saturated fat has many health benefits. You don’t have to be afraid of fat. Instead, you should be afraid of anything that is Fat-Free.
When food manufacturers to remove the fat from foods, they taste like crap. To make those foods edible, they have to add sugar to the product. So basically, they take a good thing, make it bad, and sell it as “healthy”. It’s sad that they can get away with this, but for now; that’s how the cookie crumbles. All we can do is educate ourselves and make better choices.
