Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Book Review:

If like the Harry Potter series as much as me, then trust you NEED to read Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. I’ve been reading these books since third grade and was automatically hooked. Even if you’ve never picked up a Harry Potter book in your life this book is worth reading through . If you were as surprised as me when this book was announced, then you were probably counting the days until this book was able to pre-order. If you or anyone you know magic, mystery, action, and adventure, then this book is the perfect gift. This book tells about harry’s life along with his two sons and daughter.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Book Review: Summary

This story takes place nineteen years after the wizarding wars in the year 2017. The story is based on harry’s son Albus (Snape) Potter and Draco Malfoy’s son Scorpius (Hyperion) Malfoy’s friendship and adventurous journeys. Some of Albus’s main struggles such as his relationship with his father are some of the significant conflicts that lead up to the main story line. Be sure to pay attention to the conflict between Albus and his dad because you do not want to miss out on any of the story. Harry feels his life is always difficult being “the one who lived” and is not much easier being an overworked employee for the ministry of magic and a husband and a father to three children. Albus attempts to solve his dad’s struggles but learns how much worse the alternate reality can be.

This story is based on an original story created by J.K Rowling, Jack Thorne, and John Tiffany. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child was adapted by Jack Thorne and was first released as a play. It is the eighth story in the Harry Potter series and first to be officially presented on stage. If you want to see the original Playscript, then I recommend the Special Rehearsal Edition Script.
