Shrimp Sliders Recipe:

Ahhh shrimp sliders. I love shrimp, and I love all things in “mini” size. If you’ve never made shrimp sliders before, you have to try this recipe! I think these sliders are perfect for any get-together, but especially during the summer. Serve these at your picnic or bbq while waiting for the food that’s on the grill.

Shrimp is not only delicious but good for you, so feel free to gobble these up without guilt!

With some decorative toothpicks or even a toothpick craft, you could turn these little sliders into super cute party decor as well!

 

Shrimp Sliders Ingredients:

-12 uncooked large shrimp, peeled, tails removed and deveined (about 8 to 12 oz.)
-1 Tbsp. lime juice
-1 clove garlic, finely chopped
-1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
-2 Tbsp. butter
-1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
-1 avocado, thinly sliced
-12 party-size potato rolls, split

How To Make Shrimp Sliders:

Toss shrimp, lime juice, garlic and red pepper flakes in medium bowl. Melt

Melt buttersoft spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp mixture, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in cilantro.

Evenly arrange avocado on bottoms of rolls. Top each with a shrimp, then drizzle any remaining melted spread mixture over the shrimp. Top with roll and secure with toothpicks.
