I really dreaded making lunch today because I haven’t been shopping. We have no bread, no cheese, really not much of anything. When I spotted the Almond Accents I got in my swag bag from the Mom 2.0 Summit, I knew I wanted to use them but wasn’t really sure what to do with em’. Then I saw one can of tuna hiding out in the back of the pantry, and my wrap was born!
Like I said, I didn’t have cheese or bread so I opted to do a wrap (even though I’m not crazy about tortillas) and it was DELICIOUS!
How to make your Cracked Black Pepper Almond Tuna Wrap:
– 1 can of Tuna
– Fat Free Mayo (to taste)
– Dijon Mustard (to taste)
– Cracked Black Pepper Almonds from Almond Accents (to taste)
– 1 Tortilla
– Then just mix, spread, and enjoy!
Other Suggestions: If I would have had cheese I would have popped that bad boy in the oven and had a wrap melt! YUM!
This wrap was seriously one of the best wraps I have EVER had! The almonds not only give a peppery flavor to otherwise flavorless tuna they also add a crunchy texture that I enjoy in all my foods (yes, even ice cream).
