This shouldn’t come as a surprise to you, but ladies when they get hot…. THEY SWEAT!

Oh my gosh! Did she really just say that?

Yes, yes I did!

I love working out, and believe it or not I love to sweat. Mainly because I know that when I’m working up a sweat I am pushing myself as hard as I can go. I’m not generally a person who sweats a lot, so for me sweating is how I gauge my training performance.

Now, while I do love to sweat in the gym, I do NOT want to smell like the guys (no offence guys, but you stink. See what I did there? They can’t take offence because I said “No Offence”). On a serious note, I will leave the gym if my deodorant is not pulling it’s weight. This makes Shasta (that’s me in case you didn’t know) feel very unhappy.

I have gone through a few different brands using various types of deodorant and the brand that works best for me is always Dove. Dove Clear Tone offers 48 hours of wetness and odor protection and when you work out as hard as I do, that extremely important. I also love Dove Clear Tone because when I shave my underarms get irritated (especially during the winter) and Clear Tone helps reduce red marks in just two weeks by keeping your underarms moisturized. No one wants to lift their arms during a press and notice red marks and splotchy underarms in the mirror. That will totally steal your gains!

If you haven’t tried Dove Clear Tone yet, I highly recommend it. You can learn more about Dove Clear Tone by visiting the Dove Website and their Twitter and Facebook Pages.

  1. My grandfather has always said that girls don’t sweat the glow, but we really do sweat. I’ve had to use different types of deodorant too. It almost seems that after time I’ve gotten immune to them. I should look into using Dove. That’s one I haven’t tried yet.
